About the firm.

The firm works from a network built and maintained across generations of family trade, inside the Kingdom and abroad. That network, rather than any single product line, is what it is built on.

It applies that to businesses in any sector: getting a company into a market correctly, finding the buyers on the other side, and standing as the accountable counterparty for the commercial side of it.

We act and consult across food and beverage, packaging and manufacturing, textiles, and the creative sector, and with individual and institutional investors.

Premium English textiles were the first channel the firm established, and our sourcing today is still largely from the United Kingdom. We are working to bring suppliers and partners from other markets in as well.

Abdulelah Halawah founded Is'ham and is its Managing Director. He works directly on every mandate the firm takes on.

He is completing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University on a full scholarship. His private equity work gives him exposure to companies across several sectors in the Kingdom, and a close view of how a business scales and what expansion actually requires.

He also works part-time as a client relations and partnerships associate with 180 Degrees Consulting in Lancaster, England, building the branch’s partner network and working directly with organisations on growth and expansion questions.

He has managed a private investment portfolio since 2022, investing capital committed by family and close associates.

He works in Arabic and English, and is the point of contact on any engagement.
